• Account Information: When you register for an account (as a Super Admin, Organization Admin, Counselor, or Couple), we collect personal details such as your name, email address, password, organization name, and role.
• Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information for your profile, such as a profile picture or contact details.
• Counseling Data (for Couples): Information you provide when filling out forms, questionnaires, and surveys related to pre-marriage counseling. This includes your answers, reflections, and any textual input. This data is sensitive and handled with utmost care.
• Communications: Records of your correspondence with us (e.g., customer support inquiries).

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the App, such as features you use, time spent on the App, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our App, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Log Data: When you access the App, our servers automatically record information, including your IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and error logs.
• Cookies and Session Data: We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your active role for users who hold more than one role in the App. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use third-party web analytics or tracking services.

• To process and facilitate pre-marriage counseling workflows (e.g., form submissions, report generation, insights comparison).

• With Counselors/Couples (Relevant to Service):
  • Counselors associated with your organization will have access to the counseling data provided by their assigned couples.
  • Couples will see aggregated or compared insights derived from their individual form submissions. Individual raw responses are only shared between the specific couple and their assigned counselor.
• With Organization Admins: Organization Admins will have access to data pertaining to counselors and couples within their managed organization for administrative purposes.
• With Super Admins: Super Admins have platform-level access to manage organizations, forms, and system data for operational purposes.
• Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, to perform App-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Cloud hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)
  • Email delivery (Zoho Mail and SendGrid)
  • Payment processing for organization subscriptions (Stripe) — payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers
  • AI-assisted report generation (Anthropic) — the specific answers relevant to a request are sent to generate that report; this provider does not use your data to train its models
• Business Transfers: If The Middle Shelf Holdings LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
  • Comply with a legal obligation
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of The Middle Shelf Holdings LLC
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App
